— By the end of the holy month of Ramadan, thousands of Palestinian workers in Israel will return to their homes for Eid holiday.

The safety measures for Eid will be discussed by the High National Emergency Committee, the Security Committee, the Cabinet, and the Epidemiological and Health Committee to take the appropriate decision to be submitted to the President. The decision should balance what people want with what health measures impose on us. Accordingly, we will announce the Eid measures next Saturday.

— We continue to communicate with our brethren in Jordan and with other countries, where many Palestinian students are to ensure their safe return especially that some of them have finished their academic semester/ year. With God’s will, we will have answers on this in the coming days.

— We will listen to the political program of the new Israeli government that calls for annexation of Palestinian land and the imposition of sovereignty over its colonies. H.E. President Mahmoud Abbas will chair a meeting for the Palestinian leadership next Saturday to take the necessary decision and implement it in the face of this Israeli declaration that aims to destroy the possibility of establishing an independent, contiguous, and sovereign State of Palestine. This matter will not be accepted by any Palestinian. The leadership is before a decisive and historic decision if Israel announces annexation.
