Prime Minister Dr. Shtayyeh welcomed the results of the Palestinian factions' meeting hosted by Egypt. The PM expressed hope for the continuation of the dialogue, noting that "it was important not to limit this meeting to one day of dialogue."

The PM praised President Mahmood Abbas speech about the seriousness of the current Israeli escalations. PM confirmed the need to seek reconciliation as violence surges in the West Bank. Dr. Shtayyeh emphasized the necessity for everyone to assume their national responsibilities, in order to confront these attacks within the framework of the national struggle program, which is based on popular resistance, and confronting the occupation army and its settlers and their aggression against Burin, Aqraba, Majdal, and Frush Beit Dajan, Al-Mughayer, Taqu', Jericho, and other areas in the Palestinian Territories.

On behalf of the Council of Ministers, Dr. Shtayyeh welcomed the decision of the General Assembly of the "Church of the Disciples of Christ" in the United States of America and Canada to recognize Israel as an apartheid state, affirming their support for the right of self-determination for the Palestinian people, ending the occupation, and respecting the right of return of Palestinian refugees.
