Under the auspices of Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Shtayyeh, the Government of Palestine has signed today Memorandum of Understanding with the UNICEF, the UNFPA, and the UNDP in cooperation with the Higher Council for Youth and Sports for the establishment of a Palestinian National Volunteer Service Programme to strengthen volunteering opportunities for Palestinian youth.
