During a meeting with Honourable Marc Garneau, Canada's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Shtayyeh called upon Canada to recognise the State of Palestine with Jerusalem as its capital, and stressed the importance of a serious international move to end the occupation and achieve comprehensive peace.
