During a meeting with Els Debuf, Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross Mission in Palestine, Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Shtayyeh urged the ICRC to expose Israel's continuous violations of human rights in Palestine, and to pressure Israel to release the withheld bodies of Palestinian martyrs.
