
Today, Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Shtayyeh and Mario Draghi, Prime Minister of Italy, discussed the latest political developments and bilateral relations.
The Prime Minister's briefing focused on the ongoing Israeli violations against our people that also aim to destroy the two state solution.
The Prime Minister also said: "Palestine’s relationship with Italy is an old and friendly relationship based on mutual respect for international law, and joint cooperation since the Venice Declaration in 1980, which adopted the right of the Palestinian people to self determination."
Both attended the signing ceremony of six development cooperation agreements, worth €17 million, to support various sectors, including health, tourism, employment, statistics, and the private sector.
