Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Shtayyeh called on the international community to recognize the racist policies of the new-extremist Israeli government, he also stated that the Palestinian Authority (PA) is the ultimate foundation of the Palestinian State, and called for holding Israel accountable for its crimes. 

The Cabinet briefed a response to the racist statements made by Etmar Ben Gavir, in which he threatened to commit more crimes against Palestinians and to diminish the Palestinian Authority’s work, as well as to its national project. The Prime Minister added: "The Palestinian Authority was established to serve as the basis for the Palestinian State, which has been recognized by 140 States in the world, in accordance with the resolutions of international legitimacy". Dr. Shtayyeh affirmed that the Palestinian Authority (PA) is the foundation of the Palestinian State and Israel must be held accountable for its crimes and disregard of international law. 

The Prime Minister welcomed United States Secretary remarks, Antony Blinken, in which he said “the US administration opposed any actions that undermined the prospects for a two-state solution, including settlement, demolitions, evections, or changing the existing historical status of Holy places”. The cabinet urged the US Administration to take effective measures to protect the two-State solution, including fulfilling its promises and obliging the occupation to implement Security Council resolution 2334, on ceasing settlements expansion.

The Prime minister, Dr. Shtayyeh said: "Israel; the occupying power, must top the blacklist for its  unprecedented violations against Palestinian children, from murder, arrest, psychological and physical torture, pointing out that from 2000 to 2022, Israel has  killed more than 2,200 Palestinian children. PM further pointed that today, Jenna Zakarna, a young Palestinian girl, was killed in cold blood by an Israeli sniper, emphasizing that Israel must be held accountable for its crimes. 

The Cabinet concluded this session by discussing a report on the diplomatic efforts exerted to mobilize international support for the Palestinian cause, through the resolutions issued by the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA); hoping to provide more support, and refusing to settle in the occupied territories; as a blatant violation of international law.
