French support agreement of €9 million for UNICEF

Ramallah – Prime Minister Office - Under the patronage and presence of the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Dr. Mohammed Mustafa, a support agreement provided by the French government of  9 million-euros was signed at the Prime Minister's office in Ramallah to bolster the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) work. This support is aimed at restoring and enhancing reproductive health, nutrition, maternal and child health services in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.

This agreement marks the second phase of the implemented program aimed at rehabilitating and enhancing childhood and maternity services. This encompasses the rehabilitation and refurbishment of primary healthcare facilities, procurement of essential medical supplies, medications, consumables, and equipment, as well as the enhancement of healthcare professionals' skills.
