Minister of Interior Maj. Gen. Ziyad Hab al-Rih met with a group of heads and representatives of civil society organizations at the ministry's headquarters in Ramallah. This meeting falls within the framework of implementing the government's policy and work program, and the ongoing cooperation between the ministry and civil society organizations.

Hab al-Rih reviewed the challenging conditions facing the Palestinian question and people in the State of Palestine, emphasizing the necessity of joint efforts and enhancing genuine partnership between the ministry and civil society organizations. He also reiterated the importance of holding periodic meetings and implementing joint programs according to their respective mandates, to serve the Palestinian citizens and strengthen their steadfastness everywhere.

Furthermore, Hab al-Rih carefully considered a range of interventions and suggestions from the audience concerning civil peace, the role of the security institution, as well as other matters concerning public interest.
