The Government intensifies contacts with international organizations and countries worldwide to stop the ongoing crimes of the Israeli occupation in Gaza and the northern West Bank
Ramallah – Prime Minister’s Office - The Government of Palestine warns of the continued siege by the Israeli occupation forces on hospitals in Jenin, which has forced several hospital departments out of service, endangering and posing severe risks to the lives of patients, especially those undergoing dialysis, both inside the hospital or those whose access to emergency and dialysis departments is being blocked by the Israeli occupation forces.
Israeli occupation forces are also preventing water tankers from reaching Jenin Government Hospital, which has run out of water after its main supply line was destroyed by the Israeli occupation's bulldozers.
The Government has also called on international health organizations, the Red Cross, and relevant United Nations bodies to urgently head to Jenin to exert pressure for the immediate lifting of the Israeli blockade on hospitals and addressing the obstruction of ambulance services and disruption of medical staff operations.
The Government also warns of the far-right Israeli government’s schemes targeting refugee camps and the calls by some of its leaders to displace Palestinian citizens. It urges the international community to take serious actions and increase pressure on the Israeli occupation government; reaffirming its commitment to pursuing legal accountability for Israel's ongoing crimes against the Palestinian people through various relevant bodies.
