-We hold the occupation authorities fully responsible for the life of the cancer-stricken prisoner, Nasser Abu Hamid. We call upon all international human rights organizations and parties to pressure Israel to immediately release him.
-We condemn the occupation authorities for obstructing the restoration and maintenance works in the Al-Aqsa Mosque Compound. The occupation authorities continue by various means to complete their control of the Holy Al-Aqsa Mosque and its courtyards through allowing extremist settler incursions into the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, and through attempts to withdraw the powers of the Waqf as well as the denial of the exercise of its functions and historical role in the preservation of the Al-Aqsa Mosque Compound.
-We warn against Israel's attempts to move forward five new settlement plans for the construction of more than 3,500 settlement units in the occupied city of Jerusalem. This calls for an urgent international intervention to halt such attempts. We will remain very much committed and faithful to our independent State of Palestine, and we will never give up demanding our right to establish and embody our state despite all Israeli attempts to undermine this solution.
-In light of the alarming increase of COVID-19 Omicron variant cases in many countries worldwide, I call on all citizens to continue adherence to preventive measures through wearing masks, maintaining social distance, and receiving vaccinations to preserve their safety and the safety of their community.
